Pain de Mie Loaf
- Our classic white bread with a soft texture on the inside and a nice, soft crust. 1 lb loaf.
- A braided egg bread, slightly sweet. Available only on Fridays.
- Light bread with a hearty crust made with a combination of white unbleached and rye flours. Great for sandwiches, dinner or serving with spreads.
- Made with rolled oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, rye, whole wheat and white unbleached flours.
- A deliciously chewy pumpernickel made with wheat flour and rye meal. A great bread for sandwiches, cheese platters and a cold beer! Available on Saturdays only.
- A deliciously dense whole wheat bread made with 97% whole-wheat flour and 3% white flour.
- A not too sour rye bread with caraway seeds.
Sourdough 1 Lb.
- A traditional old world levain bread (sour dough). Very light in texture and stays fresh for several days because of the levain.
- Made with a special whole wheat starter and a soak, using cracked wheat and stone ground wheat.
