Multi-Grain Raisin Bread
- This loaf combines our multi-grain base with cinnamon essence and raisins for a nutty, rich bread. Perfect for breakfast or snacking anytime.
- Classic crusty long French bread. Makes great sandwiches or a great accompaniment to a meal.
- When you see ciabatta, you'll understand why its name means "sole of a shoe" in Italian. Large air holes within the bread make it excellent for dinner, cheeses and sopping up olive oil. Made with milk and a little olive oil.
- Our olive bread contains bunches of Kalamata olives. Perfect for sandwiches or as a snack with some of our fine cheeses. Available on Saturdays only.
Pain de Mie Rolls
- Classic French white bread dough hand-shaped into lovely soft dinner rolls with a fine texture. Sold by the dozen.
- A soft, chewy bread with a pleasant fragrance. Made with olive oil and freshly chopped rosemary.
- A great tasting 1 lb loaf made with durum flour (used for premium pasta) and topped with loads of sesame seeds.
