Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Herbs - $13.99 - These large diced sweet tubers are mingled with freshly cut herbs and spices and roasted to a glistening golden brown. Served by the quart.
Risotto Cakes - $2.50 - Superfino Arborio rice cooked to a creamy perfection with herbs and spices then molded and stuffed with cheese. These cakes are finished by being pan-fried to a golden amber luster. Sold by the piece.

Caprese Salad. - $9.99 - Juicy red tomatoes stacked with fresh basil and thick wedges of mozzerella lightly drizzled in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.
Hummus - $7.99 - Made in the classic Middle-Eastern style, this dish is one of the oldest and most versatile dips. A combination of chick peas and tahini, perfect for dipping with fresh vegetables or with one of Alon's artisan breads or pita from our wood burning oven. Sold by the pint.
Tabouleh - $7.99 - In many Middle Eastern countries, all meals start off with this refreshing combination of bulghur wheat, cucumbers, Italian parsley and fresh mint. Sold by the pound.
Marinated Artichokes - $13.99 - Italian Romanesco artichoke hearts grilled and prepared Roman style. The hearts are then left to marinate in a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, pepper, vinegar, and garlic.
Curried Couscous Salad - $5.99 - Israeli couscous mixed with apricots and a kick of curry, garlic and ginger. Pint serves 2-3.
Black Bean and Fresh Corn Salad - $5.99 - A great combination of black beans and crunchy fresh corn marinated with cilantro and pablano peppers to add some heat. Sold by the Pound.

Orzo Pasta Salad - $9.99 - A traditional Italian petite pasta instilled with large chunks of Free Range Chicken, freshly sliced asparagus, roasted bell peppers, caramalized onions, roasted cashews, and a cornucopia of herbs and spices.
