Alon’s Bakery and Market is now open

This newest location is in the Park Place shopping center, directly across from Perimeter Mall at 4505 Ashford Dunwoody Road.

Along with the same array of house-made artisan products as our Virginia Highland store, this new location boasts some impressive new features. Alon has brought his love of high-quality chocolate making to our new location with a special climate-controlled room for practicing the art of chocolate. A window into the room provides visitors with a glimpse into the art of chocolate making by Alon and his team of Chocolatiers. In this room, Alon also hand crafts a variety of gelatos, which are available in the Market. This is the same gelato that was named "Best Gelato" in Creative Loafing's Best of Atlanta 2002 when it was available at Alon's gelateria What's the Scoop? In addition to these tasty suprises, visitors are also invited to stick around and enjoy the atmosphere of our new Coffee, Wine and Beer bar. Fresh, locally roasted coffees from Batdorf & Bronson and J. Martinez accompany a hand-selected variety of Wines and Beers that change on a weekly basis. Join us late night (until 11PM) on Friday and Saturday nights for special Wine and Beer selections. This new market also has the same Sandwiches, Soups, Salads and Prepared Foods that bring in scores of foodies at our Virginia Highland location with a few special additions. Visitors can now enjoy fresh, hand made bruschetta to order. In addition, visitors can now take home fresh Rotisserie Chickens prepared as you watch.
